The termination module has a housing with a recess (10) for reception of a bus line (13), connected to a printed circuit board (8) within the housing via a number of contact pins (7) fitted through openings (11) in the base of the recess. The housing has a single appts. connection (15), at one end of a cylindrical termination housing section (1), for direct connection to the housing of an actuator or sensor. The LV for operation of the sensor or actuator may be provided from the other end of the cylindrical housing section.
