The holder for an adjustable housing, which consists of a first and a second housing part (1, 6), which are connectable tightly with each other, so that the position of the housing (1, 6) is changeable using at least one adjusting screw. The two housing parts (1, 6) are connectable across a threaded bush (8), which is anchored fixed in one of the housing parts (6), and projects a fixing opening of the respective other housing part (1). The threaded bush (8) at least in an end section has an external thread (10), so that the two housing parts (1, 6) are tightly connectable to each other, by means of a nut (11) screwable on the respective external thread (10). Also by an internal thread (12) at least one of the threaded bushes (8), a threaded rod (13) is screwable as an adjusting screw.
