<p>An electromagnetically induced cutting mechanism which can provide accurate cutting operations on tissues, metals, and other materials is disclosed. The electromagnetically induced cutter can operate with a pulse duration on the order of nanoseconds or picoseconds, and is adapted to interact with atomized fluid particles having various shapes.</p> |
