<p>A method for culturing primary adipocytes suspended in a gelled medium yields multi-cellular adipose clusters having a structure that resembles adipose tissues in vivo. The clusters produced in the method can be surgically implanted subcutaneously and, after implantation, will mature into fat pads that can shore up depressions caused by loss of soft tissue.</p> |
