The safety lever (4) swivels between a fastening and release position on a first axle (5) and is connected to a fastening knob. An inner operating lever (1) has one of its two lever-arms (3,7) acting upon the safety lever and swivels on a second axle (2) between a non-operating and a release position. The one arm of the inner operating lever is joined to the safety lever by means of a compressive force transmission element (8) in the form of a bar joined in two links (10,11) to the one lever arm and to the safety lever. The link (11) on the safety lever side contains a connecting link (9).
