Combination preparation for immunological diagnosis and treatment

Combined preparation (A) comprises: (i) /- 1 first component (I) containing a specific, immunologically reactive determinant Ha1; (ii) a bispecific component (II) which binds specifically to Ha1 and to either a second, different determinant Ha2 or many such determinants Han, and (iii) a third component (III) comprising some agent (Z) containing Ha2 or Han, all Ha being different. Also claimed are: (1) agents containing (I)-(III) or only (II), and (2) immuno-linker comprising bispecific reagent Y with binding sites for several different Ha. Y = inert particle, protein, immunoglobulin (Ab) or diabody with anti-Ha specificity.
