<p>The invention concerns a system for the continuous supply of liquid to an apparatus (1) in which a constant level of liquid is permanently maintained, said liquid supply system comprising separate means for storing the liquid (17), and a device for supplying liquid at a constant level (10) connected to said apparatus and maintaining therein the same constant level according to the principle of communicating vessels. Said device for supplying liquid at a constant level is an overflow device (10) comprising a container (15) permanently filled to its upper limit corresponding to the constant level to be maintained, and a recuperating zone (16) which permanently collects the liquid overflowing from said container. Such a system is particularly applicable to ultrasound aerosol generators, such as those used in installations for depositing thin films by the so-called Pyrosol® method.</p> |
