Empty bobbin sleeve delivery

The appts. to charge plates with carrier pins for empty bobbin sleeves, near at least one textile machine and especially a ring spinner, has a carrier disc (10) near the charging point (B) in the path of the transport system. It takes the bobbin plate (2) by rotation through a given angle, to take up a position at the delivery zone (Z) of the bobbin sleeve magazine (4). A controlled clamp/release mechanism (12) for separate sleeves (3) is at the magazine (4) delivery zone (Z). A controlled mechanism (15) at the magazine delivery zone (Z) places the separate bobbin sleeves (3) on the pin of the bobbin plate (2) held by the carrier disc (10), through a powered push rod (16) which moves coaxially to the longitudinal axis of an empty bobbin sleeve (3), in a reciprocating movement, to bear against the end side of the sleeve (3).
