The processor has a liquid bath (2). A lower turn guide (10) and a lower turn cover (4) are provided at the bottom of the liquid bath. The slit like nozzle is provided in the lower turn guide to discharge processing liquid in the space formed between the lower turn guide and the lower turn cover. A conveyance road is formed in this space.
