<p>The invention concerns a foaming aqueous medium (MAMS) capable of forming stable foam in the presence of grease (G), comprising water, at least a base surfactant (TAB) for dispersing and/or dissolving the grease (G) in water, and at least an amphiphilic additive (ADD) compatible with said base surfactant (TAB), said amphiphilic additive (ADD) having at a concentration of 0.1 wt.% in water a tension surface η¿(ADD)water/air? less than 25 mN/m and having for grease an affinity less than that of the base surfactant (TAB) for said grease (G). The invention also concerns the stabilisation of foam in the presence of grease (G), of an aqueous medium containing at least a base surfactant (TAB), by adding to said aqueous medium an amphiphilic additive (ADD) compatible with said base surfactant (TAB), said amphiphilic additive (ADD) having at a concentration of 0.1 wt.% in water a surface tension η¿(ADD)water/air? less than 25 mN/m and having for grease (G) an affinity less than that of the base surfactant (TAB) for said grease (G). The invention further concerns the use of said foaming aqueous composition (MAMS) as a liquid detergent composition for washing dishes or clothes by hand, or as a liquid composition for personal hygiene, mouthwash or body treatment.</p> |
