An orthopaedic appliance for phimosis, which can forcibly retract the surplus prepuce of mainly pseudophimosis toward the root of penis to thereby maintain the state of exposure of the glans for long without fail and which has a simplified structure suitable for mass production and standardization. The orthopaedic appliance (1) is equipped with a circular lumbar retention belt (2) wearable around the lumbar region, two elastically extensible supporting belts (3) which are suspended from the lumbar retention belt and through which the penis can pass, an elastically extensible traction belt (4) for connecting therethrough a dorsal region (2b) of the lumbar retention belt and the supporting belts, and a scrotum pushing belt (5) provided in the joining section between the supporting belts and the traction belt. The upper ends of the supporting belts are joined to the lumbar retention belt, while the scrotum pushing belt is tracted toward the inside of the crotch by the traction belt. |
