<p>Citrate lyes, as products of fermented citric acid solution, are processed in a two-step nanofiltration treated on polymer membranes. The nanofiltration, in the first step, is treated on the polymer membranes with a fractionation limit of from 10 000 to 20 000 daltons. In the second step, the fractionation limit ranges from 200 to 400 daltons. The concentrate formed in the second step is, optionally, crystallised and the permeate recycles into particular phases of a technological process.</p> |
