<p>The power supply circuit (SC) receives a supply current (IS) under an input voltage (VLN) and delivers an output voltage (VDD). The circuit includes a capacitor (CS) connected across the output terminals and a first transistor (T1) provided for charging the capacitor (CS) using the supply current (IS). A second transistor (T2) is provided which interrupts this charging by diverting the supply current (IS) to the reference terminal (VSS). A control module comprising two transistors (T3,T4) controls the conduction of the first and second transistors (T1,T2) as a function of the values of the voltages between the input and output (VLN,VDD). The supply circuit further comprises a measurement module allowing control of the value of the supply current (IS).</p> |
