The method provides temperature compensation in measurement systems which may be part of a device and which are dependent on the operating temperature. The temperature dependence is caused by one or more temperature sensitive components with a temperature coefficient. The measurement systems can be electronically driven or are in thermal connection with an adjacent electronically controlled component which is already required for the measurement system. The temperature compensation is carried out using the instantaneous temperature coefficient. The instantaneous temperature coefficient is derived from heating up of the temperature sensitive component. The heating up of the temperature sensitive component is caused automatically or by the adjacent electronically controlled component. |
