PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a judgement of the genuineness of a holder of a bankbook and the bankbook itself by disposing in a bankbook main body formed into a booklet an IC section for storing confirmation information for confirming a holder of a bankbook and a radio IC module having an antenna capable of transmitting stored confirmation information. SOLUTION: First of all, in a radio reader of an ATM(automated teller machine), an image data of a photographed face of a holder stored in a radio IC module of a bankbook is read out (S1), and then the data so read out is read in by a scanner section (S2). In a main control section, image data of the two photographed faces are compared (S3), and whether or not the bankbook is counterfeited. Furthermore, at a monitoring center, the image data of the photographed face in the radio IC module that is displayed on a display is compared to a photographed image of a holder of the bankbook that is photographed by a photographing section (S5) to thereby judge the genuineness of the holder of the bankbook. This allows an ensured judgement of the genuineness of the bankbook and the holder thereof. |
