PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiologically active composition excellent in immunopotentiative, antistress, antioxidant, hypotensive, anticancer, neutral fat depressive and hyper-HDL-cholesterol activities, thus effective for health maintenance. SOLUTION: This physiologically active composition contains, as active ingredient, a peptide 500-5,000 in molecular weight formed by making a protease act on at least one kind of protein selected from those derived from cow milk, soybean and yeast. This composition is applicable to food/drink compositions and cosmetic compositions. |
