PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separation membrane excellent in separation performance and permeation rate by imparting liquid having an affinity to at least one of a specific component of an organic liquid mixture to a fine pore of a porous membrane having specific average fine pore diameter in a separation membrane for the organic liquid mixture used for a membrane distillation method. SOLUTION: In this separation membrane for the organic liquid mixture, which is used for the membrane distillation method by supplying the organic liquid mixture to one side of the porous membrane and separating a component of a part in a vapor phase from another side, the liquid having the affinity to one of the specific component in the organic liquid mixture is imparted to the fine pore of the porous membrane having 0.5-50nm average fine pore diameter. And as the liquid having the affinity, one having the affinity (β) of >=1.1, which is defined by an equation,β=(y/(1-y)/(x(1-x)), is used. In the equation, (x) expresses the concentration of a hydrocarbon containing a unsaturated bond in the organic liquid mixture and (y) expresses the concentration of a hydrocarbon containing unsaturated bond in the whole quantity of the organic liquid mixture dissolved to the liquid having the affinity.
