In the Fig. the support 1 has a single segment 6 which passes a gluing roller 2 and label magazine 3 to pick up a label for transfer to the drum. The support and drum are connected to rotate in the same direction by a transmission 5, and the segment is driven by a gear 9 meshing with a fixed internal ring gear 8. There may be two or three segments on the support, and four sections on the drum.</p> |
