PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a rubber stopper by providing a damping function part in the three-dimensional directions, and a stopper function part in the three-dimensional directions. SOLUTION: When vibration or impact is applied to an outer casing 2 in the three-dimensional directions X, Y, Z, the damping action is performed in the ranges of clearances (a), (b) by a damping function part 11 for exhibiting its function by the cooperating action of elasticity of an elastic action wall 4a and viscous resistance of silicone oil 4d. If excessive large vibration or impact in the three-dimensional directions is applied to the outer casing 2 and also if a damper pin 4e tends to relatively move over the clearances a, b in relation to a cover wall 4b, the damper pin 4e and the tip 4g of a damper holding part 4e collide with a stopper wall 4h of the cover wall 4b, the movement in the three-dimensional directions is regulated, and the stopper function is operated by the cover wall and/or a fixture 9. |
