PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject detergent readily producible due to no damage of detergency even by production at normal temperature at normal humidity, not changing in quality even in a high-temperature environment for a long period of time, containing a specific amount of an anhydrous phosphate as a stabilizer. SOLUTION: This detergent comprises (A) a surfactant, (B) a carbonate such as sodium (hydrogen)carbonate, (C) a solid organic acid or inorganic acid such as tartaric acid or boric acid, (D) a binder such as a polyethylene glycol having 4,000-10,000 average molecular weight or lactose and (E) a stabilizer which is an anhydrous phosphate such as anhydrous monosodium, disodium or trisodium phosphate, anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate or anhydrous sodium tripolyphosphate in the ratio of 0.01-10.0wt.% of the component E, preferably 0.01-10.0wt.% of the component A, 10.0-80.0wt.% of the component B, 5.0-60wt.% of the component C and 0.1-20wt.% of the component D. |
