PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the connection of fine tubes for circulating ink and a solvent and prevent the generation of defective circulation and defective jet caused by cuttings. SOLUTION: A sealing plate 37 is so overlapped on a circulating board 7 with a flow path channel 7C as to cover the flow path channel 7C by protruded lines 37A and forming an ink flow path, and a sealing body 38 is injected between the circulating board 7 and the sealing plate 37, and a circulating device is constituted by using a circulating board unit combining the above referred components integrally.
