PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of a burr associated with ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: In an apparatus, when the horn 4 of an ultrasonic welding apparatus is press-arranged opposite to the collision part of a first welding material 11 and a second welding material 12 which are collision-arranged with each other, and the collision part is melted appropriately to be welded by the ultrasonic oscillation of the horn 4, the welding is done while a molten resin 20 generated from the materials 11, 12 is restrained from bulging along the peripheral surface of the horn 4. In this way, the occurrence of a burr by the molten resin bulging along the peripheral surface of the horn 4 is prevented surely, obviating the need for burr removing work after welding working so that work mandays are reduced in the whole welding work to reduce its costs. |
