摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increasing of accuracy dispersion in a tip/rear end cutting length due to a change of material shape, in an rolling equipment (crop shear) with a cut material large changing from a thin object (material height: low) to a thick object (material height: high). SOLUTION: In order to fixedly hold accuracy of cutting length of a crop shear with a height of cut material large changing, by assuming D for diameter of a shear blade and H for height of the cut material, a blade biting angleβis obtained from a formula of blade biting angleβ=cos<-1> (D/2-H/2)/(D/2)}, and by measuring the height H of the cut material, the blade biting angelβis calculated, so as to perform more accurate calculation of a cut point, to thereby correspond to a change of material shape in the crop shear.
