PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the rubbing of a side face (surface) of a cheese wound yarn by unwinding within a specific scope of yarn unwinding angle by using a guide which goes around the side face of the cheese wound yarn as a support point. SOLUTION: Yarn 2 wound around a cheese bobbin 1 is unwound by using a guide pin A provided in an upper part of a cheese side face as a support point and is pulled out in a predetermined arrow direction via a guide (a). The guide pin A is set to a position where a yarn unwinding angle (θ) formed by the guide pin A and unwinding positions in both right and left end parts of a cheese wound yarn layer is within 120 deg.. If the guide pin A is at a position where the yarn unwinding angle exceeds 120 deg., it is below a yarn leaving angle 30 deg. from a side face of a yarn unwound in both right and left end parts of a cheese side face, and at the time of unwinding, it is likely to unwind while rubbing a cheese wound yarn side face in both right and left end parts of the cheese wound yarn side face, and unwinding becomes difficult in the yarn having large changeable spots.
