<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spattering of sputters produced during laser beam machining on a die upper surface by providing a heat resistant plate between a laser center and a punch center and in the neighbourhood of a lower part turret forming a punching part. SOLUTION: A laser machining part is set adjacent to a punching part, and the laser machining part has a machining head 2 and a work shooter 3. A heat resistant plate 1 is installed on a side surface 3A of the work shooter 3. Even when sputters 5 are produced from a work W during laser machining, the sputters 5 are blocked by the heat resistant plate 1. Consequently, the sputters 5 do not intrude to on an upper surface of a die D provided on a lower part turret 12, and stable quality of a punched, especially molded product is secured.</p> |
