PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly connect a shaft by providing a rotational lever for pressing a shaft inserting part by a pressing part at a specified rotational position and for elasticity contracting the shaft inserting part in collaboration with a fastening belt. SOLUTION: In a pressing part 42, an axis Q2 of the pressing part 42 is made eccentric from an axis Q1 of a supporting shaft 3 so that a projecting distance R1 between the center part of the outer peripheral and the axis Q1 of the supporting shaft 3 may be larger than a projecting distance R2 between a tip on the outer periphery and the axis Q1 of the supporting shaft 3. Elasticity is provided to a pressing part 42 of a rotational lever 4 so that a shaft inserting part 1 may be elastically pressed.
