PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of medicine or the like through a valve even after the lapse of long period in the state of housing a needle in the valve by forming a mechanism from paired sections having respective dimensions, and connecting the section of extremely smaller dimension with a valve mechanism. SOLUTION: A needle 50 is provided with a 1st tube-shaped part 56 of 1st dimension having a 1st diameter and a top end part 58 for puncturing a blood vessel. Further, a hollow tube cavity part 57 is formed and blood is carried from the top end part 58 through the tube cavity part 57 to a tube-shaped part 54 and further the base end part of needle 50. The base end part is provided with a needle housing part and the tube-shaped part 54 is connected. A reduced section 52 is caulked and made smaller than the dimension of tube- shaped area 56 and the caulked part is formed flat. Then, that section is housed in a housing part having the similar form to that of needle mechanism and the reduced part 52 is put in order on the valve of lead-in member inside the housing part. Because of such a mechanism, the needle can be taken out and immediately used even after housing for several months, for example, and the valve can prevent the leakage of blood through an IC catheter. |
