PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structural body for heating/cooling which achieves a shortening of installation work and a lowering of working cost while keeping not only the room temperature comfortable but also the surface temperature moderate for improving dwelling condition with a comfortable radiation environment in installation at an ordinary house by arranging this structural body to make a path of air, moreover, make living comfortable without raising the room temperature so high because of higher radiation temperature (opposite in summer season) and achieve energy saving effect as expected. SOLUTION: This panel structural body for air conditioning has a body 20 of the structural body in which a framework material is made up of a plurality of vertical materials and horizontal materials while surface materials are fastened both on one side and the other side across the thickness of the framework material to form an airtight chamber inside and an adiabatic material is arranged on any one side of the airtight chamber. An air guide port 23 is provided on one side in the direction along the vertical materials of the frame work material in the body of the structural body and air blowoff ports 24a-24c on the other side thereof separately communicating with the airtight chamber.
