PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly hold liquid concentration in an ice heat storage tank by inserting a pressure air supply tube in the tank, opening a lower end of the tube under the tank, injecting the pressurized air into the tank, and agitating the liquid in the tank by ejected air. SOLUTION: A pressurized air injection tube 10 of a length reaching to the bottom of an ice heat storage tank (hereinafter referred to as 'tank') 2 is inserted at the center of a cooling tube 3. Here, liquid cooled by utilizing midnight power is supplied to the tube 3, and the liquid in the tank 2 is cooled and frozen. Then, when cooling the ice heat storage apparatus 1 is cooled, heated liquid from the apparatus 1 is supplied to the tube 3, and taken out as cooling energy by the heat of fusion of ice in the tank 2. In this case, a predetermined amount of ice in the tank 2 is melted, pressurized air is supplied to the tube 10, and injected from its lower end into the tank 2. The time to start injection of the air is started when part of entirely of the ice is melted, or preferably started when ice making ratio is 60% or less. Thus, the liquid in the tank can be simply agitated by the injected air. |
