At this time, at a point in which the outer peripheral surfaces of third cylinders 30 each of which has the diameter D3 a little larger than the diameter D2 of each cylinder 20 is brought in contact with the inner peripheral surface 51 of a fifth disc 50, the peripheral velocity UB=[(D3 -D2 )/2].UA/D2 in the opposite direction to the rotation of the cylinder 10 is generated by taking a point at which the outer peripheral surfaces of the cylinders 20 are brought in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 40 as the center. As a result, a low-speed shaft 52 integrated with the disc 50 is rotated in the opposite direction to the cylinder 10 at the revolutions N5 =UB/πD5 . The speed reduction ratio at this time is N5 /N1 =[ (D3 -D2 )/2}/D2 ].(D1 /D2 ).
