PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of an air bag and an inflator by securing sealing capability and to easily attach the inflator to a body. SOLUTION: A side air bag device M1 comprises an air bag 11 folded in the door opening peripheral edge of a car inside and formed to be a bag made of cloth and developed to cover the door opening during expansion and a roughly cylindrical inflator 18 for supplying expansion gas to the air bag 11. A pressing surface part 22a of an attaching bracket 19 is disposed around the gas flow-in part 14 of the air bag 11 exterior packaged to the inflator 18 and reduced in diameter, the gas flow-in part 14 is pressure contacted to the outer peripheral surface of the inflator 18 and, by attaching the attaching part 21 of the attaching bracket 19 to a body 28, the gas flow-in part 14 and the inflator 18 are attached to the body 28. |
