PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food capable of preserving a sweetfish for a long time, being sanitary, taking in good protein and calcium and improving the evaluation of taste. SOLUTION: The sweetfish is boiled for about 120 minutes, then dried, immersed in saltwater and baked as it is. Then, the sweetfish is housed in a bag main body along with the appropriate amount of sake or wine and pressurized, heated and sterilized in a tightly sealed state. |
