PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the performance of a denitrificating and dioxin-removing reactor by successively treating the exhaust gas with a dust collector, the reactor and a bag filter for removing of nitrogen oxide and dioxin in the exhaust gas by passing the incineration furnace waste gas through the reactor. SOLUTION: A municipal refuse incineration device 1 has a municipal refuse incineration furnace 1 provided with a feeding shoot 21, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 2 for controlling a exhaust gas temp., a cooling tower 5 provided with a cooling water supply pipe 34 and a water spray nozzle 12 and the bag filter 6 for treating the exhaust gas. The reactor 4 incorporated with a denitrification catalyst 11 for denitrificating and removing dioxin is installed in the preceding stage of the cooling tower 5 and a dust collector 3 is provided in the preceding stage of the reactor 4. The exhaust gas discharged from the dust collector 3 is cooled in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 2 to a temp. suitable for the reaction in the reactor 4. The exhaust gas discharged from the reactor 4 is immediately cooled in the cooling tower 5 not to regenerate dioxin, enters to the bag filter 6 and the remaining dust is removed therein. |
