<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put product data and production data to practical use in the clearing-up of the cause at the time of the generation of abnormality. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin raw material supplied from a weighing hopper 21 is heated and kneaded in an extruder 3 to be extruded as a molten resin and air is blown to the molten resin to take over the expanded resin as a flat double film by a taking-over part 7, and this film is taken up by a taking-up part 8. Herein, the taking-over speed of a taking-over motor of the taking-over part 7 is automatically controlled corresponding to extrusion quantity by a controller 9. The control part of the controller 9 allows a printer 92 to print product data such as a set value of dimension of a product or a wt. value of a roll at each time when the production of a roll of a product is completed. At the time of generation of trouble, an abnormal name, an objective taking- over speed, a wt. value and the like are printed automatically or manually. Therefore, by utilizing these data, the clearing-up of a cause after abnormality is discovered in the quality of the product can be performed rapidly and certainly.</p> |
