<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treating equipment by which the service life of a filter is prolonged as the result of the decreased frequency of the backwashing gas injections in the bag filter device furnished to an exhaust gas passage from the waste treating furnace, the recovery of a neutralizer is facilitated, and the neutralization cost of the exhaust gas is further reduced. SOLUTION: An alkali metal feeder 9 for supplying an alkali metal hydroxide into an exhaust gas is provided in addition to an alkaline-earth metal feeder 4 for supplying an alkaline-metal into the exhaust gas. The pressure difference between the upstream side and downstream side of a filter 3a is detected in the bag filter device 3, the alkali metal feeder 9 is operated when the pressure difference is below a set value, and the alkaline-earth metal feeder 4 is actuated instead when the difference is above the set value. Besides, calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide are preferably supplied into the exhaust gas.</p> |
