摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating compsn. that has a normal-temp. tack-free time shorter than those of conventional coating compsns., dispenses with the step of thermal curing after its application, and gives a coating film excellent in chipping resistance. SOLUTION: This compsn. is a two-component compsn. for forming a urethane elastomer and comprises a curing agent contg. an active hydrogen compd. as the main ingredient and the major component contg. an org. polyisocyanate as the main ingredient. The average active hydrogen equivalent of the curative is 30-10,000. The tack-free time of the compsn. in forming a urethane elastomer at 25 deg.C is within 60sec. The resultant elastomer has a dynamic modulus of 1×10<5> -2×10<10> dyn/cm<2> and a loss tangent (tanδ) of 0.005-2. Pref. the curing gent contains 1-99wt.% polythiol compd. or polyether polyamine compd.
