<p>A spillage-retaining device situated in the vicinity of a filling pipe (4) which is arranged in a shaft (10) and opens out through a lid (3) into an underground storage container (1) for fuels or heating oils. Between the lid (3) and lid (12) of the shaft, which terminates the shaft (10), there is a flexible retaining bag (13), which surrounds the filling pipe (4) in a fluid-tight manner, situated in formless contact with the shaft (10) with the lid (12) of the shaft (10). A fixing edge (17) of the retaining bag (13) is mounted being drawable in upward direction, round in a distance from side walls of the shaft (10) for a sewage disposal between the side walls of the shaft (10) and the fixing edge (17) of the retaining bag (13) and without a transfer of the deformation force from the shaft (10) to the retaining bag (13). An additional lid (26) being fluid-tight is attached to the retaining bag (13). In the lower area of the retaining bag (13), there is an outlet (20) which is discharged, above the lid (3), into the filling pipe (4).</p> |
