PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent advance manufacturing and delay of manufacturing by finding each process passing distribution of a current article and the average number of days for delivery and deciding the starting time for manufacturing product by correcting specified lead time in accordance with deviation of the each process passing distribution and an average delivery date. SOLUTION: An order attribute group influencing upon manufacturing difficulty of a product is extracted by analytic order attribute input processing, and analytic processing (manufacturing difficulty computation and decision) is carried out (step S200). Correction of the current manufacturing starting time is carried out (step S300) by making reference to δ and an average delivery date. Thereafter, the corrected date is added (manufacturing difficulty degree added) to an order, and in accordance with it, it is made possible to indicate manufacturing starting (steel delivery-delivery) (step S400). Thereafter, result information is sequentially stored in a result accumulation file 200, and the stored result information is made free to reuse. |
