PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly mix an additive by separately and continuously performing the agitating and mixing of a KONNYAKU (devil's tongue) jelly material and the additive and the agitating and mixing of lime water. SOLUTION: Agitating and mixing cylinders 1 and 2 in upper and lower two stages for which a pair of agitation shafts 12 and 22 provided with many agitation pieces 13 and 23 radially projected around shaft parts at fixed intervals in a longitudinal direction are freely rotatably provided so as to alternately engage and position the agitation pieces 13 and 23 inside the two parallelly and successively formed cylinders mutually overlapped with a part of an inner peripheral wall are used. The agitating and mixing cylinder 1 of the upper stage is applied to the agitating and mixing part of the supplied KONNYAKU material and the additive. The agitating and mixing cylinder 2 of the lower stage is applied the agitating and mixing part of a mixture and the injected lime water. The agitating and mixing of both are continuously performed while performing suction by a pump 5 provided on the end part of the agitating and mixing cylinder 2 of the lower stage. |
