PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reinforced pipe by wrapping a reinforcing constituent member on the outer surface of a flexible tubular constituent member, making a first layer of flexible materials congruent with it, and removing this reinforcing constituent member from a selective part of the tubular constituent member. SOLUTION: A cuffed pipe 30 reinforced is made up by wrapping a plastic reinforcing constituent member 4 around the outside of a pipe 2, and also by making a flexible layer 11 conform to it on top of the pipe so as to form a smooth outer surface in covering a filament afterward. This filament 4 is removed away from a part of the pipe with a pick so as to form a series of a reinforced part 15 and an unreinforced part 16 along the pipe 2 after this. Subsequently, a second layer is simultaneously extruded over both these reinforced and unreinforced parts after that, including a lumen in the longitudinal direction. Since the pipe 2 is cut off into a pipe 30 in the point midway along the unreinforced part, consequently such parts as not yet reinforced exist at both ends of the pipe. An expandable cuff is attached to each pipe 30 to be opened to the lumen in the second layer. |
