PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the crew binding belt of a vehicle in such a manner that the buckle is movable relative to a fastener and can be functionally oriented to an optimum position at any time. SOLUTION: A belt buckle 10 has a carrier plate fixed and connected thereto and a fastener 18 fixed to a vehicle. The carrier plate includes an opening 14 by which the carrier plate is rotatably attached to a pin 16 fixed to the fastener. A restoring means presses the belt buckle 10 to a rest position so as to rotate around the central line of the pin 16 and rotate around an axis perpendicular to the central line of the pin and to the longitudinal axis of the belt buckle 10. The opening of the carrier plate is a slot 14, the longitudinal axis of which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the buckle 10. The restoring means presses the belt buckle 10 to its rest position relative to the fastener 18 so as to move it in parallel therewith in the direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the belt buckle 10. |
