PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip which is excellent in the directivity and distance feel of putting, has a luxurious feel and is not slippery in spite of sweat, etc. SOLUTION: A grip body 2A is molded of an American walnut having high rigidity to allow the direct transfer of the impact feel of a ball and a clubface to the hand and to prevent the misalignment of the clubface at the time of impact. The outer peripheral surface of the grip body 2A is inscribed with checkering 10 as an antislip surface. An ebony is integrally fixed as an impact receiving member 11 to the grip end. An inlay 8 is inlet to the grip surface 7. The luxurious feel is imparted to the grip 2 by such function as an ornament and the characteristics of timber. A grip mounting jig is used for mounting the grip 2 to a shaft 3. |
