PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin product of high quality containing an elastomer component in a highly dispersed state without reducing production efficiency in kneading a material to be kneaded having two components different in viscosity such as a block copolymer of polypropylene. SOLUTION: In a material kneading method by a twin-screw kneader having a plurality of kneading zones 12, 13 feeding the material to be kneaded to a downstream region by the feed parts 14, 16 formed to a pair of the rotors 4 inserted into a chamber 2 in a freely rotatable manner and kneading and melting the same by a plurality of kneading parts 15, 17 formed so as to be separated in the axial direction of the rotors 4, the material to be kneaded is kneaded while peroxide is post-added to the kneading zones 13 on and after the second kneading zone from the upstream side among a plurality of the kneading zones 12, 13. |
