<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the intermediate wall panel (a partition wall) of a building unit firmly onto the ceiling section of a roof unit while also correcting a ceiling stepped section generated between the units surely and easily when a unit building is executed and assembled. SOLUTION: Ceiling joist panels 3c, 3d on the underside of the roof unit are divided into two in response to two room sections arranged under the roof unit B5, and an intermediate wall panel partitioning two room sections can be fixed surely onto a partition bearer cleat 34 because the partition bearer cleat 34 is interposed between both ceiling joist panels 3c, 3d. Since each ceiling joist panel 3c, 3d is fixed temporarily onto a roof unit body and the partition bearer cleat 34 by wood screws at a factory step, the intermediate wall panel is not an obstacle when a ceiling stepped section is generated between the roof unit and the adjacent roof unit when a unit building is assembled, temporary fixing is released at every ceiling joist panel 3c, 3d, and the ceiling stepped section can be corrected.</p> |
