<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly execute entry processing necessary for a human blood preparation. SOLUTION: Patient information (patient ID 402, sex and age 403 and name 404, etc.) and human blood preparation information (blood type 410, formulation kind 411 and capacitance 412, etc.) are printed for every human blood preparation pack. A part where human blood preparation information is described is made to be separable from the other part by stitches 417. Notches 416 for rubber bands are formed at the both sides of stitches 417. Besides, information of several (for example, four) human blood preparation packs is printed on one paper sheet, a list of the human blood preparation information is printed in the lower part of the paper sheet and the part where the list of the human blood preparation information is recorded is separated from the other part so as to be stuck to a ledger.</p> |
