THERMOSETTING RESIN-COATED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS RECYCLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently recycling a plastic waste with coating film. SOLUTION: The reverse surface of a surface-coated thermoplastic resin molded product is fixed with clips 8, 9 as thermoplastic resin molded products containing such a quantity of a coating film decomposer as to be needed to melt/disperse the reaction product as the result of reaction between the decomposer and the above surface coating film into the surface-coated resin molded product. When the molded product is to be recycled, the above surface coating film is chemically reacted with the decomposer contained in the clips, being homogeneously dispersed/melted into the plastic material to make the coating film harmless.
