<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waiting time of an operator at a target stocker by determining a carrying start timing of a through port for a lot by a priority of the lot and a required carrying time of the through port so that the through port is not used by a plurality of lots at the same time. SOLUTION: Through ports 2a, 2b are used as shown in the drawing by the other lot at the present time (t). If a lot A1 is allotted to the through port 2a and a lot A2 is allotted to the through port 2b according to priority, the through port 2b can immediately start carrying. Since the through port 2a is used by the other lot until a time tw, if carrying is started after a period of (tw-mta-t) from the present time (t), the through port 2a is not used in a multiple manner and hence the lot is not made to wait in front of the through port to reduce a jam of a carrying route, which reduces a delay in carrying by the jam.</p> |
