PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform slide movement of a rear seat to the rearmost part of an automobile without interrupted by a wheel house. SOLUTION: A seat is formed such that longitudinally extending guide rails 1 and 1 are laid on the body floor surface 20 of a cargo chamber in which a tire house is expanded, a pair of side rails 2 and 2 are caused to span longitudinally movable along the guide rail 1 between the guide rails 1 and 1. Brackets 4 and 4 for mounting a seat on which a seat cushion is placed are laterally movably mounted between side rails 2 and 2. A spring 5 to always energize the seat cushion to the inside is mounted on the bracket 4, and cam mechanisms 6 to move the seat cushion to the outside against the elastic force of the spring 5 are arranged on the moving side in a frontmost row and the moving side in a rearmost row of a seat.
