PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold pre-impregnated fibers fitted to the production of a composite product. SOLUTION: A plurality of fibers 14 are impregnated with a water base chemical treatment agent with a concn. of about 50wt.% containing a curable resin to be subsequently brought into contact with a dryer 41 performing the drying of the chemical treatment agent without perfectly curing the resin. the pre-impregnated fibers are formed into a composite product by molding work performed next, for example, a filament winding method, a pultrusion method, a weaving method, a knitting method or an extrusion coating method. |
