PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded container protecting the aroma of a content product by preventing the adsorption and penetration of the aromatic component in the content product to the utmost, not damaging the quality of the content product and also excellent in heat seal strength and impact strength at the time of falling and to also enable the production of a large-sized container. SOLUTION: Two laminated sheets 5 each obtained by laminating a copolyester resin layer 2 composed of a low crystalline aromatic copolyester resin, an adhesive resin layer 3 and a polyolefinic resin layer 4 composed of low, medium or high density polyethylene or polypropylene are opposed to each other so that the respective copolyester resin layers 2 become the innermost layer of a container 1 and the peripheral edge parts brought to a heated and softened state of both sheets 5 are bonded under pressure so as to leave air blowing-in port. This bonded sheets are held between one set of molds and air is blown in the sheets from the air blowing-in port to press the sheets 5 to the molds to produce the molded container 1 filled with an aromatic component-containing content product. |
